CinZara ships within the continental USA and Canada using ground shipping, FedEx 2-day delivery or Priority Overnight shipping for an additional fee.
Products ordered by 11 a.m. EST will ship on the same day. Products ordered after 11 a.m. EST will ship on the next day; however, CinZara will make every effort to process the shipment on the same day.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed, and delivery of our products may be delayed due to circumstances beyond the control of CinZara, LLC. Therefore, when ordering, it is encouraged to plan for such contingencies when, for example, scheduling surgeries.
When an order is placed, a confirmation email is sent to you with a link to track your order. Customers are ultimately responsible for ensuring enough delivery time is allowed and to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address.
Product Return Policy
CinZara, LLC may accept returns of products within 7 days of the date on the original receipt that are unused, sealed, and are in the original packaging or products that arrive damaged. After 7 days, returns will be assessed a 30% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted beyond 30 days from the date of the original receipt. All shipping charges on returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Used products may be returned within 30 days of the date of the original receipt minus a restocking fee, all shipping charge on returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Refund process and conditions:
- All returned products are subject to inspection before a refund is processed.
- A Return Authorization Number (RA#) and completed Return Form must be obtained in order to return the product. Products will not be refunded without an RA#.
- Returns must accompany the original receipt.
- Package must be sealed and packaged in its original box.
- Under the 7-day return policy, refund amounts are processed minus shipping charges paid by CinZara.
- Under 30-day return policy, refund amounts are processed minus shipping charges paid by CinZara and a 30% restocking fee.
- Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
- The customer covers shipping fees related to returning the products.
